“Color is simply energy, energy made visible. Colors stimulate or inhibit the functioning of different parts of our body. Treatment with the appropriate color can restore balance and normal functioning.”

Color Therapy
Want to
improve
your life?
Then change the colors in your world
Color therapy is an enjoyable, low-risk form of complementary and alternative medicine that uses color’s visible spectrum and light to balance a person’s mood, as well as mental and physical health.
Its benefits are sometimes remarkably obvious: we feel stimulated by bright, warm colors and calmed by our favorite cool hues.
The colors you surround yourself with will affect you greatly.
Applying the carefully considered principles of Color Therapy and Color Psychology to your environment can benefit you and your loved ones in the long-term.
COLOR & ENERGY
Every color of the rainbow falls into a specific frequency and vibration that affect the energy centers (chakras) within our bodies and the biofield that surrounds our bodies (aura).
Each color has a different wavelength. Red has the longest wavelength while violet has the shortest. That’s why when we’re exposed to the color red, we feel energized, and when exposed to violet, we feel calm.
COLOR THERAPY THEN & NOW
Color Therapy, has a long history—Records indicate that color and light therapy were once practiced in ancient Egypt, Greece, China, and India. In fact, Hippocrates “The Father of Western Medicine” understood the power of color; he painted treatment rooms in specific healing hues and used color ointments on his patients.
Today, Color Therapy is used internationally as a complementary healing modality. It can be an effective treatment to alleviate physical, emotional, and mental disorders. A few of these are: SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder), arthritis, skin diseases, hair growth, newborn jaundice, asthma, digestive ailments and eating disorders, fevers, autism, ADD/ADHD. Color therapy is also used to regularize circadian rhythms, enhance creativity and learning abilities, speed up the recovery process after an illness or operation, and more!
YOU’RE ALREADY USING COLOR THERAPY
You may not be aware of it, but you’ve been practicing some form of color therapy your entire life. You choose your home decor and wall colors, the colors to wear, the colors to eat. And whether you’re choosing a color for your next car or purse, all of your color choices are meant to make you (or someone else) feel better.
WHO IT HELPS
Colour therapy is safe and helpful for adults, children, babies even animals. It can used alone or alongside any other therapy whether conventional medicine or another complementary therapy.
NOTE: Please be aware that no complementary therapy should be considered as an alternative to professional medical advice where necessary and no properly qualified complementary therapist would suggest that, neither would they suggest that you stop taking your medication etc.
